Cedrick: Exotic Shorthair - Cedrick is an approximately 1½ year old (as of 03.05.10), neutered, chocolate, Exotic Shorthair. His coat is a beautiful seal brown and his eyes are as big and golden as the moon. We all love Cedrick! He is a real laid back character. He loves to play with toys, be carried around, and sit on your lap and be petted – but when he’s had enough petting, he will very gently play nip. He is getting along well with the other dogs and cats at Four Peaks.

Panda: Domestic Medium/Long Hair - Panda is a 1½ year old (as of 02.16.10), spayed female cat. She is a medium to long haired cat with nicely symmetrical black and white markings and beautiful amber eyes. Panda is a lively girl who tries to play with all the cats and dogs in her foster home, and if they’re not interested, she makes her own fun. She has been bullied by a dominant cat in the past and does not do well if there are aggressive cats in the home. Her front feet have been declawed so it is essential that she go to a home that can ensure that she will not get outdoors where she will be defenseless. Panda loves human attention and enjoys sitting on a lap for some petting when she needs a rest from her games. She will make a lively, fun companion for some lucky adoptive home.

Simon - Hi, my name is Simon! I am a sweet handsome neutered one-year old black kitty rescued from the County elist and I’m sooo happy to be alive and have a second chance! I am easy to love, enjoy talking to my people and love being held…I will tell you so by purring loudly and nuzzling your chest. I spend my days watching birdies and bunnies outside the window, playing with my toys and lounging in the sun. Life is good here in my foster home except for one thing - dogs. I get along well with the other cat residents, but they get up close and personal with the dogs here for a sniff and a lick, and actually sleep with the dogs – I think they are crazy, do they even know they’re cats? This is not something a fine feline guy like me is used to and I don’t want the dogs to pay any attention to me. I would prefer a calmer cat only household. I am up to date on all my shots and have tested negative for feline leukemia and parasites. If you would like meet me please call my foster mom Brenda @480.488.3683.

Greystoke: Domestic Short Hair- Greystoke is approximately 1 year old (as of 06.19.08) spayed female. She is rau on white with Tabby strips of black in her gray with a black mask around her Amber/gray eyes & white whiskers. Greystoke was born from an abandoned neighbor cat and came to her current guardian for love and help. Due to the fact she was very young & alone she has a little bit of fear but is very loving once she understand she can trust you. She loves to cuddle with her people friends and give kisses. She also like to play with a ball and to be sung to! Greystoke is good with children. She is learning, but leery of cats. She has never met a dog. She does well being left alone in the house alone. Greystoke might do best in a home with few to no animals and with a family that will spend time with her and give her lots of love and attention.

Note: Greystoke has been listed on our website as part of our List an Animal Program and is not in the custody of Four Peaks Animal Rescue (FPAR). As such, the desription above was derived from the description provided by her current owner.  FPAR has no first hand knowledge as to the accurracy of the description.

Gracie: Manx mix- Gracie is approximately 1 1/2 years old (as of 01.09.08). She is a spayed female Manx X . She is grey tabby without any tail at all. Gracie has all has all the endearing Manx qualities. She is playful, very kind and a bit boisterous. She will follow you around like a dog. Gracie is good with other cats and cat friendly dogs. Grace is special needs girl because she is a bit disabled in her rear legs. She gets around just fine. Runs up and down her cat condo, chases her toys but does its all with a bit of a limp. She will be best in a family without children or too playful animals. Because she is disabled she shouldn't jump from high places or be picked up very often. She is a great companion. That loves to just hang around where ever you.

Charles: - Charles: Domestic Meadium Haired- Charles is an adorable 2 year old (as of 07/12/08) male neutered gray and white young cat with medium length hair. Abandoned very young, Charles was found emaciated, but with lots of love and attention and good nutrition, he has recovered beautifully. The moment you pet this sweet little guy he begins to purr loudly. His gentle loving nature would make him a great companion to just about anyone. He is accustomed to dogs and other cats and would probably do better in a quieter home.
